All prices are invoiced in Kuwaiti Dinar. The price of the product and services does not include delivery charges, shipping fees, or any applicable taxes and international duties, which are governed by our terms of delivery. The total invoice will reflect the price of the product, along with shipping and handling charges, taxes, and duties for customers within the GCC region: Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, and Oman.
For GCC customers, taxes and duties will be charged upfront during checkout. However, for customers outside the GCC region, we do not collect taxes and duties at checkout. Orders to destinations outside the GCC will be shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that the product prices displayed on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Once your order arrives at the destination, you will be responsible for paying any import duties, customs, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country in order to release the parcel from customs.
If these fees are not paid within the holding period at customs, the parcel may be returned to us, but you will still be liable for the fees. These will be deducted from your refund. Please note that we are unable to estimate the customs, taxes, or any other additional fees that may be required by your local customs office.
In the event of an error in the pricing of products you have ordered, we will contact you to either offer the product at the correct price or allow you to cancel the order.
Terms of payment are at our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, will be as follows: Payment for products shipped to your chosen delivery location must be made in advance. Payment is required in Kuwaiti Dinar. We only accept payment by credit or debit card, and transactions are processed through KNPay Payment Middleware, located at Dar Al-Awadhi Tower, Ahmad Al-Jaber St, Sharq, Kuwait, Tel: +9651807060.
All credit card details (e.g., card number, expiration date) are transmitted via an encrypted protocol to the banks providing remote electronic payment services. Third parties do not have access to this information. These details will only be used by AlOthmanFashion.com for processing your purchase, issuing refunds in the case of returns (after exercising your right to return), or reporting cases of fraud to the authorities.
The delivery method of the products will be at our discretion, either via courier or hand delivery (for orders within Kuwait) to a pre-arranged location. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, delivery address, and the product's location. Due to logistical factors, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe, but we will agree on a delivery date with you after your order is placed. We will not be liable for any delays outside of our control.
For orders shipped outside Kuwait, you are responsible for shipping charges, which will be calculated and applied during checkout. Orders outside the GCC region will be shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. We will not be liable for any delays caused by events beyond our control. Delivery is considered complete when the products are received at the selected address. The products will become your responsibility upon delivery, and we will insure the product until it is delivered to you. A signature is required upon receipt of the product, at which point responsibility for the product passes to you. Ownership of the products transfers to you once full payment is made or the product is delivered.
Please provide accurate delivery details, and notify us in writing if someone else will be responsible for receiving the product. In certain cases, our courier (DHL) may require a copy of your ID for delivery, and our Customer Care team will contact you if necessary.
We are not liable if you provide an incorrect delivery address or are unavailable to accept the delivery. If this occurs, the product will be returned to us at your expense. You must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. We will not be liable for any legal violations on your part.
If you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you no longer want the product, you can notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel the contract and receive a refund.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be calculated and charged similarly to the original delivery cost. If you cancel, we will refund the price you paid for the product. However, if the product has been mishandled, or if the garment protection items have been removed or the product is not in its original packaging, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further details on acceptable returns.
Refunds will not be processed until the product is inspected. If applicable, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s) for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in perfect condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused (except for trying on). All original packaging must be included, including hangers and garment covers. Items must also have the 'Returns Tag', designer swing ticket, and AlOthmanfashion.com swing ticket attached. Some products may also have 'Garment Protection Items' that must remain intact. Returns will not be accepted if any Garment Protection Items are removed or tampered with.
If the product is a gift or being tried on, please ensure the Garment Protection Items are not removed. It is your responsibility to verify that the product matches the description before removing the Garment Protection Items.
Products returned in accordance with this policy within 14 days of delivery will be eligible for a full refund. However, we cannot accept returns for faulty products if the damage is due to improper care or misuse. We reserve the right to determine whether damage is due to normal wear and tear or other causes.
We are unable to process returns for items that are not in saleable condition or are damaged. Please note that returns can only be collected from the same country to which the order was delivered.
Once we receive your returned item(s), and if they comply with our returns policy, you will receive a refund for the price of the product (excluding any applicable deductions, such as delivery charges or a reduction in the value of the product due to mishandling). Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 20 business days.

Once your return request is completed online, we will email you the invoice and return airway bill documents. Please print them, and DHL will contact you to arrange pickup at your convenience. If you're unable to print the airway bill document, kindly request DHL to pre-print the document when scheduling the pickup.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it before processing your refund via the original payment method used. If the returned item does not meet our return policy, it will be sent back to you.
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for any foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach or negligence. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We are not liable for any loss of profit, incidental, special, or consequential losses, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under a contract caused by any event or act beyond our reasonable control, referred to as an "Event Outside Our Control." Such events include, but are not limited to, strikes, industrial actions, civil unrest, riots, invasions, terrorist attacks or threats, war (whether declared or not), preparation for war, fire, explosion, storms, floods, natural disasters, international shipping delays due to customs clearance, or failures in private or public telecommunications networks. Delays in or cancellations of transportation methods (rail, shipping, air, or motor transport) also fall under this category.
If an Event Outside Our Control affects our ability to fulfill our obligations under a contract, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Our obligations will be suspended, and the time for performance will be extended for the duration of the event. If the Event Outside Our Control impacts the delivery of products, we will arrange a new delivery date once the event is resolved.
